Why and How To Start Your Own Webcomic
Ever consider creating a comic of your own? Using examples from various webcomics, this one-hour overview will cover some of the how-to basics for selecting a concept, style and format, and the tools for translating your comic ideas to a digital form. The course will also explore options for putting your work on the Internet for others to see.
Who: Primarily for teens and adults, but suitable for computer-confident pre-teens. When: 12:30 -- 1:30 p.m., Saturday September 22nd, 2007 Where: Woodstock Public Library Meeting Room, 6008 S.E. 49th Ave, Portland. By: Evan Nichols, creator of "Ask Dr. Eldritch" and "Aarg and Nobble." Cost: FREE!
