TODAY'S NEWS: I wondered how my Readers would react to these dream-within-a-dream comics, as I'm quite vocal about not liking books and movies where the big reveal is "It Was All A Dream!" Don't those feel as if the writer couldn't think of a good ending?* It's like when a friend comes up to you and says "For your birthday, I imagined a huge party with all your friends and Jennifer Love Hewitt, and she brought an awesome cake, and all your presents were amazing and everybody partied for hours and then just a few of us and Jennifer Love Hewitt hung out in a giant hot tub. It was great!" And you say something like "Okay, but where's my present?" And they get all huffy and say "That WAS your present!" Don't you hate that?

If you're now worried about all the events after Comic #10, I promise I'll never invalidate large chunks of this comic's story by having a character wake up and realize it was all a dream. And Trevor really is a Troll; not a butterfly's imagination.

*Of course, when I do it, it's funny!
