TODAY'S NEWS: The Interior Design software I use to create the rooms does reasonably well for the purpose, but it has some limitations. For example, it doesn't have a very big inventory of items that one might find on someone's desk. The app has a lot more options for wall coverings and furniture, which isn't surprising, since it's "Interior Design" software, not "Photocomic Environments" software. But the program does have an interesting bug which I exploit.
When one selects an item to add to a room, the software lists a small range of color choices. However, if the SIZE of the item is changed, the color options suddenly expand to almost every available color and texture in the entire catalog. So that's why the desk phone's color is "Ficus Leaves". I found that too amusing to pass up.
