TODAY'S NEWS: One of the things my webstats show is what Search Values are used that bring people to this site. Mostly it's been words or phrases from the newsletters that get one or two hits each month, like "summoning djinn" or "agroglyphs." Lately there have been a lot more searches for "Dr Eldritch" or "AskDrEldritch," which tells me that people are looking for the site specifically! That's pretty exciting. This month, though, the top Search was "Leprechaun gold". Which is still good; that means people are reading about the proper way of dealing with leprechauns, rather than just picking up information from the Internet.

Anyway, I check the webstats on my site fairly often to see how much traffic it's getting. I'm pleased to say that the number of Visits has been increasing; right now it's about 260 Visits/Day. Two years ago, the site got that many visits in a month. And before the webcomic, it was about 50 Visits/Day. I realize that I'm still not in the same league with the most popular webcomics, who receive thousands of visits each day. But the increasing counts tells me that more and more people are becoming aware of Ask Dr. Eldritch, and many of them keep coming back. Thanks everyone, for reading!
