TODAY'S NEWS: Over the weekend, temperatures in Portland went to triple digits. I know; there are lots of places in the world where this happens routinely, and people don't burst into flame. But only two days prior, the high temperature was 70°. So when I sat down to write something informative for Today's News, my brain was too soft and melty.
